What are flower essences? Discovered and made by Dr. Edward Bach in Britain in 1920s, essences extract the energetic property of mostly flowers in peak bloom but also some barks and roots. You pick your flowers in early morning without touching them as not to imprint your energetics onto the plant, gently float them onto of spring water, lay them in the full sun for several hours. The sunlight's heat transfers the plant's energy into the water. These are not herbal tinctures!

How to use: Take 4 single drops up to 4x a day directly in mouth. OR add 4 or more drops into a liter of water and slowly sip through the day, this is my favorite way to take them.
