Suggested Use: 30 drops directly in mouth, water, or apple cider vinegar 1-3 times a day as needed. Best taken before meals especially carb heavy ones. 

Ingredients: Gymnema, Oregon Grape Root, Bitter Melon, Fenugreek Seeds, and Ceylon Cinnamon macerated in vodka.

All of my herbal products are handmade, small batched here in the mountains of WNC. I practice slow, traditional herbal preparations in ultra small batches to ensure the best quality. Everything is made by hand by me!
